What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions, including MCP servers and agentic workflows, inside customer cloud infrastructures.
• Own the infrastructure layer for deployments using Terraform-managed AWS environments, VPC networking, and IAM security controls.
• Optimize performance and debug pipeline failures for large-scale data systems like Databricks, Delta Lake, and Snowflake.
• Lead technical engagements with customer stakeholders to scope work, communicate tradeoffs, and align on delivery.
• Develop reusable deployment patterns and engineering standards to influence the core platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning production systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Strong Python skills and proficiency with AWS and Terraform.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms such as S3, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Ability to design systems for regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, BAA).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith, Braintrust, or Ragas.
• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data structures and pharma customer workflows.
• Experience with API gateway or service mesh patterns used for AI tool integration.
