🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a strong Graphic / Marketing Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Limassol.

You’ll create high-quality creatives for betting & casino campaigns: banners, landing pages, promo materials, social media visuals, CRM assets, and more.

We need someone who understands fast-paced marketing where ⚡ speed, 🎯 performance, ✨ quality, and 📌 consistency matter equally.

Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, affiliate, or performance marketing is a big plus.

You’ll also supervise remote designers: assign tasks, review work, give feedback, and maintain quality & deadlines.

🛠 Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Production

Create marketing creatives for betting & casino campaigns
Design banners, social media visuals, CRM assets, and promo materials
Build landing pages, pre-landers, and funnel visuals
Develop concepts for acquisition & retention campaigns
Adapt creatives for different GEOs, languages, and audiences

👥 Remote Designers Supervision

Manage and review remote designers’ work
Assign tasks and communicate expectations clearly
Approve final creatives and ensure brand consistency
Control deadlines and workflow quality

🤝 Team Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate, CRM, SMM & Content teams
Turn marketing briefs into strong visual concepts
Improve creatives based on campaign performance
Maintain consistency across all marketing channels

✅ Requirements

💻 Experience & Skills

Experience as Graphic / Marketing / Creative Designer
Strong portfolio with marketing creatives & digital assets
Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, affiliate, or performance marketing preferred
Advanced Figma + Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills
Motion design skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro) are a plus
Understanding of performance-focused creatives & advertising formats
Strong AI skills for image/video generation

Understanding of conversion-driven marketing design
