What you will do

• Map and improve operational workflows across Finance, People & Culture, IT, and Legal.
• Identify and solve root causes of bottlenecks, disconnected systems, and manual workarounds.
• Drive system implementations, migrations, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce repetitive manual effort.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create scalable processes and systems.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Operations, RevOps, Product Operations, or internal operational improvement.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, billing, or operational tooling.
• Ability to understand how systems, integrations, and data flows connect across an organization.
• AI-native mindset: curiosity and ability to apply AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Experience working cross-functionally in international organizations.
• Right to work in the EU without limitations.
