What you will do

• Lead and support Endevor and other SCM migration projects to DBB/GIT/IDD.
• Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for migration tools on customer systems.
• Analyze, convert, and validate mainframe applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot build/pipeline failures.
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong background as a Systems Programmer or Application Developer.
• Proven installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, YAML, and GIT.
• Experience with pipeline debugging and branching strategies.
• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Programmer.
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in mainframe modernization and SCM tools.
