What you will do

• Optimise test practices and drive automation to increase speed and confidence in product releases.
• Reduce testing costs by shortening cycle times and expanding remote testing capabilities.
• Manage test lab facilities, ensuring safety, security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders to promote shift-left testing.
• Develop and document recovery and continuity processes for test tools and facilities.
• Implement agile methodologies within the test team to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of testing principles and tools.
• Experience with agile delivery and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven track record of managing projects from large contract requirements to small innovative initiatives.
• Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in Winchester and Chalfont.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks and robotics.
• Background in product development, specifically with networks or connectivity.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Degree or Level 5 qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Business Analysis.
