What you will do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems.
• Manage IT support operations, including receiving, tracking, and resolving user requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop computer systems and peripherals.
• Handle asset management for hardware and software inventories, licensing, and decommissioning.
• Document system problems and their resolutions.
• Assist in providing basic IT training to staff.

Requirements

• College degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in IT.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes.
• Related experience in systems and network administration.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training.
