What you will do

• Drive the implementation of the AI operating model and build organizational capability through training and guidance.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns to promote responsible adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design and develop AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Facilitate the transition from AI experimentation to scaled, durable business processes and platforms.
• Measure AI adoption, solution effectiveness, and overall business impact over time.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or a data-focused role.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions, including designing agents and orchestrating multi-step workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.
• Advanced experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake.
• Advanced skill in SQL, Python, and the Microsoft Office suite.
