What you will do

• Define topic priorities for AI learning programs targeting engineers, developers, and analysts.
• Create competency maps, mastery frameworks, and learning roadmaps for AI skills.
• Review course structures and content to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with learning outcomes.
• Translate market needs and AI trends into program strategies as an internal subject matter authority.
• Evaluate external authors and experts based on their technical depth and practical credibility.
• Monitor emerging AI tools and workflows to recommend curricula updates.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development.
• Ability to evaluate real-world AI/LLM architectures and distinguish practical approaches from hype.
• Experience structuring technical knowledge into competency maps or curriculum logic.
• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback on technical learning content.
• Seniority level enabling autonomous work and ownership of results.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• English fluency for professional communication.
