What you will do
- Develop and maintain cost models across regions with robust methodology and clear documentation.
- Lead performance reviews by synthesizing OKRs, financials, and operational metrics into actionable insights.
- Partner with Support Operations and Workforce Management to build and back-test capacity and cost plans.
- Design allocation keys and cost attribution logic to reflect support economics transparently.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify root causes of budget deviations and quantify the impact of policy changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or analytics, ideally in operations-heavy or customer support environments.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel/Sheets with comfort in complex formulas and driver-based models.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working as a business partner with cross-functional teams like Operations, WFM, and Product.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and iterate quickly with incomplete data.
