What you will do

• Oversee system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle support activities.
• Coordinate logistics and operational support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations.
• Manage system upgrades, technology refresh efforts, and sustainment activities.
• Develop and update user guides, lesson plans, and course curriculum.
• Conduct training on the operation and use of biometric and identity management systems.
• Create and maintain the master program schedule to track status, timelines, and costs.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting biometric technologies and identity management systems.
• Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government contracts.
• Strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting OCONUS deployments and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with Army fielding schedules and lifecycle management.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise biometric modernization initiatives.
