What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain rendering systems in Unity for environments, characters, lighting, and post-processing.
• Develop and optimize HLSL shaders and rendering code across multiple platforms.
• Profile and optimize GPU rendering performance and memory usage.
• Build and maintain internal tools to improve artist workflows and asset pipelines.
• Implement automated tests and asset validation tools to ensure visual fidelity.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to create scalable, high-quality rendering solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional C# or C++ graphics engineering experience.
• Experience with multiple shipped titles on at least two platforms (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, or iOS).
• Deep understanding of Unity's SRP architecture and implementation of bespoke Render Features.
• Strong knowledge of 3D math, linear algebra, and GPU architectures.
• Proficiency with analysis tools such as RenderDoc, PIX, NSight, and Unity's Profile/Memory Profilers.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London studio (2-3 days per week).
