What you will do

• Build highly distributed, real-time, dynamically scaling systems using AWS and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the execution of multi-sprint features with measurable business impact on core betting products.
• Architect and maintain industry-revolutionizing software for risk management and sportsbooks.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary Agile squad alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers.
• Mentor engineers within and outside the immediate team to maintain high-calibre code quality.

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong software architecture expertise, specifically for highly-scalable and observable microservices.
• Experience with containerized workloads, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Detailed knowledge of TDD and designing resilient, high-quality testing suites.
• Experience with messaging and asynchronous communication technologies such as RabbitMQ or Pulsar.
• English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-grade software with Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in frontend web technologies, specifically React and shadcn.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and data engineering.
• Mathematical aptitude, particularly in statistics.
