What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable applications across front-end and back-end.
• Lead technical decision-making and drive best practices in code quality, security, and observability.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the bar on engineering standards.

Requirements

• Significant commercial experience developing web-based applications with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with relational databases and optimizing SQL queries.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions and mentor other engineers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, tools, and automated testing strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-moving Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Blazor.
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns (MVVM, MVC, microservices).
