What you will do

• Develop new product features and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Maintain system integrations with carriers and channels using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Implement UI controls and user journeys based on design prototypes.
• Provide second-tier support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free releases and write automated tests.
• Maintain existing features through performance improvements and code optimizations.

Requirements

• Must be a UK national or resident with settled status.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be within a commutable distance to Derby city centre for hybrid office attendance.
