What you will do

• Lead the creation of Process Requirement Specifications (PRS) and the design of MES recipes.
• Implement core library components using advanced templatization to drive process standardization.
• Design and execute integration architectures between MES and systems such as ERP (SAP), LIMS, and DCS.
• Scale the MES team by identifying and onboarding key personnel.
• Provide coaching, structured knowledge transfer, and enablement to client teams.
• Coordinate and oversee German-speaking MES recipe authors and support personnel.

Requirements

• Architectural expertise and hands-on experience with Pharma Suite or other MES in life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience implementing interfaces between MES and SAP, LIMS, and DCS.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, QA documentation, and testing.
• Working knowledge of industry standards such as GxP and GAMP.
• Fluent German and professional proficiency in English are strictly required.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Munich with on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday.
