What you will do

• Execute integration designs and project plans for enterprise contact centers in collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using hirify.global SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Integrate AI applications with contact center chat and phone platforms.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hirify.global products.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to triage and resolve technical issues and ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the land-and-expand sales strategy by removing technical barriers for customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Hands-on experience with Go, Python, and Javascript.
• Proficiency with AWS and Git.
• Ability to use APIs and SDKs to build value-added solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take a consultative approach to solving customer problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) technologies such as AWS Connect, Genesys, or Five9.
