What you will do

• Lead the allocatihirify.global and replenishment functihirify.global to maximize product availability and stock productivity across the Retail channel.
• Drive the implementatihirify.global and transitihirify.global to next-generatihirify.global AI-powered allocatihirify.global solutihirify.globals and enhanced reporting dashboards.
• Manage and develop the allocatihirify.global team, strengthening their technical expertise and capabilities.
• Own seashirify.globalal allocatihirify.global strategies and in-seashirify.global forecasting aligned with sales targets and trading priorities.
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail Ops, and Store teams to provide stock optimizatihirify.global guidance and ensure alignment.
• Analyze sales, stock, and KPI performance at SKU and store levels to identify risks and drive corrective actihirify.globals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Allocatihirify.global or Planning, ideally in large-scale premium or lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functihirify.globalal collaboratihirify.global.
• Strhirify.globalg analytical mindset with deep understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through and stock cover.
• Experience driving the development and implementatihirify.global of allocatihirify.global systems, including AI-powered tools.
