What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath and other RPA tools.
• Implement AI prompt engineering to optimize business processes and workflows.
• Integrate automation solutions with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment of automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges.
• Optimize existing workflows to improve performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automation engineering or software development.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath and RPA toolsets.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation.
