What you will do
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions to clients.
- Educate customers on important product features and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services to ensure high-quality support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
