Support Engineer

What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions to clients.
• Educate customers on important product features and processes.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services to ensure high-quality support.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
