What you will do
- Identify and attract new B2B clients and partners.
- Build a sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, Telegram, and networking.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events.
- Conduct initial negotiations and qualify leads.
- Manage pipeline stages and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Contribute to the development of internal sales processes as the team grows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and independent lead generation.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly master new technical products and markets.
Nice to have
- Experience in telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, fintech, iGaming, or crypto.
- Experience working with international clients.
- An existing network within relevant industries.
