Focus on isolating setup errors, testing new features, and ensuring campaign specifications are met.

Location: Hybrid, working from local office on a weekly basis

What you will do

• Provide technical integration support to launch brands onto the network.
• Act as a technical liaison between client marketing and technical teams to deliver bespoke tracking technology.
• Isolate errors within client setups and provide feedback on possible solutions.
• Review peer work for technical sign-off and report platform bugs/issues.
• Maintain internal and external knowledge bases and provide training to internal colleagues.
• Test new platform developments and features.

Requirements

• IT-related degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, and JavaScript (PHP is a plus).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their use.
• Strong analytical skills and communication experience, specifically in relationship building.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
