Integration Engineer (ERP/EDI)

TL;DR

Integration Engineer (ERP/EDI): Coordinating project scopes and implementing ERP integration mappings with an accent on business process assessment and data flow verification. Focus on handling GAP analysis, EDI guidelines, and conducting UAT to ensure successful customer onboarding.

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Working time: Night shift from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

What you will do

• Coordinate with Project Managers to define project scope and manage task assignments.
• Assess current and future client business needs and processes.
• Develop critical project documentation, including workflows, GAP analysis, EDI guidelines, and UAT scenarios.
• Set up ERP integration mapping for platforms such as NetSuite and SAP ByDesign.
• Perform full data flow verification and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project go-live and suggest product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role with domain knowledge relevant to the company's focus.
• English: Good proficiency in both speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of software development processes, specifically software requirement analysis.
• Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Schedule: Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 07:00 AM).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data integration.
• Understanding of Retail Supply Chain procedures or EDI implementation.
• Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and process automation.
