What you will do

  • Process client requests within the Jira helpdesk system.
  • Maintain the performance and stability of the gaming infrastructure.
  • Interact with associated internal departments and partners' helpdesk systems.
  • Work according to a 2/2/3 schedule from 10 am to 10 pm (GMT+3).

Requirements

  • Higher or incomplete higher education (technical degree is an advantage).
  • English: B2+ level required.
  • Russian: B2+ level required.
  • Experience working with helpdesk systems is desirable.
