What you will do
- Process client requests within the Jira helpdesk system.
- Maintain the performance and stability of the gaming infrastructure.
- Interact with associated internal departments and partners' helpdesk systems.
- Work according to a 2/2/3 schedule from 10 am to 10 pm (GMT+3).
Requirements
- Higher or incomplete higher education (technical degree is an advantage).
- English: B2+ level required.
- Russian: B2+ level required.
- Experience working with helpdesk systems is desirable.
