What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI products that function reliably in production environments.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI systems from initial experimentation to final deployment.
• Collaborate with technical founders and product teams to solve real-world business challenges.
• Ensure AI solutions are maintainable, scalable, and performant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with major cloud providers.
• Advanced English proficiency for direct collaboration with US-based teams.
• Geographic requirement: Must be based in Latin America, Eastern/Central Europe, Armenia, Georgia, or Azerbaijan.
• Ability to maintain a partial overlap with US business hours.
