What you will do
- Own the D2C growth strategy, defining targets and mapping initiatives to drive revenue share, conversion, and retention.
- Design and implement the Store offer roadmap aligned with live ops, seasonal events, and content releases.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to drive Store traffic and optimize conversion funnels.
- Define requirements for the central Store platform team to improve UX and platform features.
- Integrate D2C thinking into game design and feature development to ensure a seamless player experience.
- Manage the live ops budget for D2C activations and conduct A/B tests to evaluate performance.
Requirements
- Experience in live game commercial operations, including monetization, live ops, or game product management.
- Deep understanding of game economies and seasonal content cadences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience owning revenue KPIs and interpreting cohort data.
- Proven ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams without positional authority.
- Knowledge of mobile gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, creators) and their impact on player behavior.
- Strong operational discipline to manage complex calendars and multiple moving parts.

- Direct experience with D2C or web stores within the gaming industry.
- Experience managing a P&L or leading a business vertical.
