Focus on changing team habits through resistance, teaching effective use of AI tools, distinguishing AI-native experiences from traditional interfaces, and demonstrating measurable results quickly.
Location: Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland, with regular days at the client's office

What you will do
- Coach product leaders and teams on how discovery, prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery should evolve in the AI era.
- Reshape product practices and make improved ways of working easier to adopt and sustain.
- Coach product professionals on judgement, prioritisation, and effective use of AI in daily product work.
- Lead client-side change when hands-on intervention is needed, while demonstrating results quickly.
- Help clients distinguish when AI is the right product tool from when a well-designed traditional interface is more effective.
- Contribute to early client discussions and proposals, and use AI for research synthesis, drafting, analysis, and pre-reads.
Requirements
- Professional Finnish and fluent English are required.
- Meaningful experience leading product work on digital products and services as a Product Lead, principal, or consultant.
- Hands-on ownership of product work and the ability to work effectively with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching others, leading product direction, and driving organisational or team change through resistance.
- Experience using AI tools such as LLMs, transcription, synthesis, and analysis tools in product work, with a clear understanding of their limitations and the need for human review.
- Ability to connect AI product strategy with business value, user needs, data, distribution, user experience, and learning loops.
