Salary: $220,800 – $331,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and grow a team of Applied Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.
• Define the technical vision and strategy for recommendation systems and LLM-powered content generation.
• Drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives from ideation and design to production.
• Oversee system architecture and scalability to ensure robust, high-quality ML solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to align priorities.
• Champion innovation in AIGC applications, ranking, and recommendation algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on expertise in ML, LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and real-world product deployment.
• Background in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency with large-scale data analytics tools such as Spark.
