What you will do

• Define the strategic direction and roadmap for the Integrations team, driving automation and innovation.
• Oversee the scoping and delivery of technical integration projects and the onboarding of new carriers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integrations and process improvements.
• Manage high-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Lead and mentor a global team of integration experts, product managers, and engineers.
• Execute carrier onboarding strategies to drive business growth in Europe, LATAM, and SEA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product, project, or integrations management within API and data product environments.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience implementing process improvements in Jira and reporting systems.
• Experience managing international teams across diverse regions.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is required.
