Director of Global Marketplace Integrations (API Integrations)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work. The role is mainly based in Germany, preferably at the Berlin headquarters.

Salary: €120,000–€160,000 per year.

hirify.global operates a B2B ground transportation marketplace connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with online retailers in more than 70 countries.

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for global marketplace integrations.
• Oversee technical integration projects, including carrier onboarding and data-driven solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, business teams, and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders to advance integration initiatives.
• Improve product management, Jira, reporting, and delivery processes to support scale.
• Lead and mentor six global teams of integration specialists, product managers, and engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, operations management, or integrations management.
• Hands-on experience leading complex integrations in API and data product environments.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Experience with large-scale products and systems, process improvement, Jira, reporting systems, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing international teams and strategies across Europe, LATAM, and SEA.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus fluent English proficiency.
