Location: Onsite in Washington, DC (hybrid possible). Must have active Top Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement .NET/MVC applications based on complex business and mission requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead for a team of developers, providing architectural direction and conducting code reviews.
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade software applications and components for mission-critical systems.
• Lead the modernization and sustainment of national security systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement and continuously improve Agile development practices.
• Contribute to an innovation roadmap to advance the program's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required.
• 8–10 years of experience in software development and architecture using Microsoft .NET technologies (MVC).
• Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-scale application architectures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOD) and modern software engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse technical and mission stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Formal training or advanced coursework in .NET programming best practices.
• Experience modernizing or sustaining legacy enterprise systems.
• Prior professional experience within federal or national security environments.
