What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts regarding integrations and configurations.
• Guide customer integrations involving APIs, data feeds, and product catalogs.
• Design bespoke technical solutions, including custom dashboards and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Support RFP and RFI responses to streamline technical scaling and consistency.
• Partner with clients to validate AI performance and automation impact to ensure measurable business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data feeds, and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Cowork).
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts with the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving adoption within Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts.
• Working knowledge of databases, data management, and analytics concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or marketing technology (MarTech).
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
