What you will do

• Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Design and implement data visualization solutions to improve process assessments, data integrity, and information governance.
• Develop standardized project reporting and visualization tools to provide real-time visibility into risks and technical milestones.
• Clean, transform, merge, and model data from multiple sources using Power Query and SQL.
• Utilize Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, including status report generation and task reminders.
• Present complex data findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI (Desktop and Service), DAX for calculations, and Power Query (M language).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, integration, and reporting.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing complex data models.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust or client suitability requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal financial, budget, procurement, or spend plan data (FFMS).
• Understanding of the congressional budget cycle.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure, or cloud-based data solutions.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience supporting federal consulting or government client environments (DHS, CISA).
