What you will do

• Perform tech transfer by reviewing equipment, batch records, and parameters for new processes.
• Author and revise production GMP documentation to ensure timely approval.
• Train new employees and serve as an On the Job Qualified Trainer for new processes.
• Configure and adjust equipment parameters including temperatures, flow rates, and pressure to ensure product compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting for process near-misses and failures, managing deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Support the qualification of equipment and the validation of processes in a GMP environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical spray drying experience.
• Master's degree in life science, with a preference for Chemical Engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP/cGMP regulations.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Couvet, Switzerland.
