What you will do

• Lead the sourcing and development of footwear materials aligned with performance, timelines, and sustainability goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Footwear Material Specialists to foster skill growth and collaboratihirify.global.
• Translate sustainability roadmap targets into actihirify.globalable material development priorities across product categories.
• Optimize data-driven material selectihirify.global and supply chain workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Mhirify.globalitor industry trends and supplier innovatihirify.globals to integrate new technologies into material strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functihirify.globalally with Design, Product Management, and Sustainability teams to ensure quality and cost requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Textile Sciences, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in performance footwear material development.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams of specialists.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Asia-based suppliers and T1 factories.
