What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams to investigate technical challenges and develop innovative low-voltage solutions.
- Manage product development initiatives as a Project Manager.
- Drive engineering activities for low-voltage protection products and miniature circuit breakers.
- Collaborate with global suppliers, manufacturing sites, and engineering teams.
- Apply Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Assembly (DFA) principles throughout development.
- Optimize manual and automated assembly processes for production environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for low-voltage products.
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven experience with manual and automated assembly processes for low-voltage components.
