What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to investigate technical challenges and develop innovative low-voltage solutions.
  • Manage product development initiatives as a Project Manager.
  • Drive engineering activities for low-voltage protection products and miniature circuit breakers.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers, manufacturing sites, and engineering teams.
  • Apply Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Assembly (DFA) principles throughout development.
  • Optimize manual and automated assembly processes for production environments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for low-voltage products.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven experience with manual and automated assembly processes for low-voltage components.
