What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for in vivo neurological disease pharmacology to support business development.
• Act as the primary scientific contact for US clients, providing expert consultation on research needs.
• Collaborate with domestic technology teams to maintain knowledge of platform capabilities and project pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into actionable proposals and technical solutions.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events.
• Gather market feedback to inform internal platform development and innovation.

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in neuroscience research and drug development.
• Substantial expertise in in vivo pharmacology models.
• Prior experience in a scientific advisory or client-facing role within a CRO, pharma, or biotech.
• Deep understanding of the CNS disease drug discovery process.
