What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for in vivo immunology and autoimmune disease pharmacology.
• Act as the primary scientific contact for US clients to understand research needs and provide expert consultation.
• Collaborate with domestic technology teams to maintain knowledge of platform capabilities and project pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into actionable proposals and align internal resources.
• Support the preparation and delivery of high-level scientific presentations and responses to RFPs.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events within the US.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• At least 10-12 years of hands-on experience in immunology and autoimmune disease research and drug development.
• Substantial expertise in in vivo pharmacology models.
• Prior experience in a scientific advisory, technical support, or client-facing role within a CRO, pharma, or biotech company.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
