What you will do

• Perform protein QC, biophysical, and biochemical assays including MST, Spectral Shift, SPR, and HTRF.
• Establish, prepare, and revise standard operating procedures for laboratory workflows.
• Document raw data, support data evaluation, and report results according to internal guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of new methods and the optimization of existing processes.
• Solve technical problems within the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate effectively within the biophysics and biochemistry team.

Requirements

• Lab Technician, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar).
• Practical laboratory experience in an industrial or academic setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience with biophysical and biochemical assays such as SPR, MST, DLS, DSF, FP, ITC, or HTRF.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Fluency in Chinese.
