What you will do

• Partner directly with customers to understand business processes and requirements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Design and build custom technical solutions on top of the hirify.global platform to address complex use cases.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions from discovery and design through deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations, including integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface gaps and influence the platform roadmap.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding best practices for long-term success.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site with customers in San Francisco and New York.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including CPQ, billing, and ERP/CRM integrations.
• Hands-on technical experience with APIs, scripting, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise customers and senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
