What you will do

• Lead the design and operation of resilient, scalable network infrastructure supporting global business-critical applications.
• Own low-level network system designs, including routing, switching, load balancing, and security controls.
• Drive the integration of AI/ML-enabled solutions for network monitoring, incident detection, and capacity planning.
• Develop automated network workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns to standardize configurations.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and security teams to align with architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing network engineering team, fostering a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading network engineering initiatives in large-scale or complex production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with core networking (routing, switching, VPN, DNS, firewalls).
• Proven ability to design network system architectures, API interfaces, and telemetry data models.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world infrastructure operations.

Nice to have

• Experience operating secure topologies across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Proficiency with network automation frameworks and programmable interfaces.
• Track record of using network telemetry for capacity planning and reliability enhancements.
• Advanced experience with AI/ML-assisted operations, such as anomaly detection and automated remediation.
