What you will do

• Design scalable B2B platform solutions, including ERP/CRM integrations, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Own the overall system architecture to ensure flexibility and extensibility for future business evolution.
• Translate complex business requirements into executable technical architecture and detailed designs.
• Define and govern architecture standards, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API design principles.
• Lead architectural excellence by leveraging cloud services (preferably GCP) and mentoring technical leads.
• Evaluate emerging B2B eCommerce technologies and coordinate with cross-domain architects for enterprise alignment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect specifically within the e-commerce sector (B2B or B2C).
• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, architecture, and system design for distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, service orchestration, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as SFCC, Intershop, or Shopify.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and database schema design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience implementing AI-based customer service workflows, including chatbots and RAG knowledge retrieval.
