What you will do

• Create new product feeds for various countries and sales channels based on SLAs.
• Monitor and optimize existing feeds focusing on content, price, stock, and attributes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve feed-related technical issues.
• Manage attribute and process flows using feed tools like ProductsUp.
• Improve feed quality to enhance product performance and visibility.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on API optimizations and data integrations.

Requirements

• Experience in a functional product support role within eCommerce.
• Knowledge of Feed, Product, or Masterdata processes.
• Understanding of APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency with data formats including XML, CSV, and XLS.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces like Amazon and Mirakl.
• Familiarity with feed management tools such as ProductsUp, Salsify, or Channable.
