What you will do

• Define the enterprise-wide Data & Analytics architecture roadmap across ingestion, transformation, storage, and AI/ML.
• Own the architecture for the GCP-based data platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and automation frameworks.
• Lead and engineer GenAI solutions utilizing Vertex AI, Gemini, and other modern tools.
• Establish patterns for ELT/ETL, real-time data ingestion, and event-driven architecture.
• Define and deliver Data Governance and Data Ops frameworks covering lineage, metadata, security, and quality.
• Provide architectural leadership to product owners and engineering teams, conducting reviews to ensure alignment with standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and modelling of datamarts and AI/ML solutions in large-scale Lakehouse architectures.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Data Architect.
• Strong expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Looker and designing semantic data layers.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, Gemini) and GDPR compliance.
