Salary: $125,000 – $177,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance backend services that power core functionality across the hirify.global Platform.
• Develop scalable microservices and robust APIs to support data-driven experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Frontend Engineers to deliver features that solve real customer problems.
• Own the full development lifecycle by automating build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
• Own small-to-medium features from technical design through launch.
• Share on-call responsibilities and handle system incidents with team support.

Requirements

• Experience writing backend services in Go (Golang).
• Foundational understanding of distributed systems and common operational challenges.
• General knowledge of database design and typical access patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

• Experience building services on GCP.
