What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust integrations between hirify.global Platform and third-party SOAR, SIEM, and TIP solutions.
• Develop and operate scalable, high-availability API connectors.
• Maintain and improve existing hirify.global open-source APIs.
• Write and maintain internal pipelines and IaC to manage the deployment of hosted integrations and services.
• Design automated solutions for building, testing, monitoring, and deploying applications in a CI environment.
• Prioritize customer feature requests to help define the integrations roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building backend systems or integrations.
• Proficiency with Python (4+ years).
• Deep understanding of API-first development and service integration patterns.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Go (Golang) with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating with security platforms such as Splunk, Cortex XSOAR, Anomali, or Recorded Future.
• Cybersecurity engineering background.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and containerized services in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with open-source security frameworks like nmap, Metasploit, Qualys, or Tenable.
