What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of digital experience professionals across web development, CRO, and technical account management.
• Manage nearshore development contractors and maintain delivery standards and quality benchmarks.
• Define the website and digital experience strategy across multiple CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, and Magento.
• Manage the department P&L to ensure alignment with margin expectations and the company operating plan.
• Elevate CRO capabilities by embedding experimentation frameworks, testing rigor, and data-driven optimization into delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, and Analytics to ensure cohesive performance-driven website strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web development, digital experience, or technical delivery roles.
• 4+ years leading engineering or digital experience teams within an agency environment.
• Strong technical background in systems architecture and hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience managing distributed or nearshore development teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.
