What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for the MineStar Productivity Services domain, owning system design and critical technical decisions.
• Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance domain services aligned with enterprise architecture and platform guidelines.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle from initial design through deployment and operation.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, utilizing reliability metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Architects, and other domain leaders to ensure seamless integration across MineStar services.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead domain-specific innovation and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Computer Science.
• 12+ years of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in system design, distributed architectures, and system reliability.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale technical initiatives.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia without requiring sponsorship.
