What you will do

• Develop target state architectures, high-level and low-level designs for network (WAN, LAN, WiFi, security), communications (radio, cellular, wireless), and data center (compute, storage) infrastructure.
• Create roadmaps and migration plans to guide project tasks and assess business impacts of technological initiatives.
• Ensure commercial focus on architecture and scoping to achieve cost-effective business outcomes.
• Balance enterprise architecture consistency with rapid delivery requirements in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, IT Managers, and business representatives.
• Mentor solution architects, technical specialists, application system specialists, and analysts.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with demonstrated experience as a solution or enterprise architect for large enterprise customers.
• Experience acting as a technical design authority leading solution design across multiple technology domains.
• Proficiency in Agile & Lean methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Tertiary qualifications in information technology or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Perth, WA and Brisbane.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification.
• Experience in mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Radio, fixed wireless, LTE, 5G, IoT, and OT technologies.
• Experience in outsourced delivery environments.
