What you will do

• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the contract manufacturer and internal engineering and supply chain teams.
• Perform software stack setup, unit configuration, and factory acceptance testing on production systems.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished goods to ensure they meet build requirements and functional standards.
• Monitor daily production activities, record status in the production tracker, and escalate schedule risks.
• Coordinate logistics for outgoing shipments and monitor inventory levels of key components to prevent bottlenecks.
• Provide structured feedback to internal teams regarding manufacturability and recurring defects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software development related to robotics, electronics, and embedded systems.
• Over 2 years of experience in Python and shell scripting.
• Strong proficiency with Linux (Ubuntu) and remote access protocols like SSH and VNC.
• Foundational networking skills, including VPN troubleshooting and router/switch configuration.
• Experience performing quality control or testing of electronics products.
• Familiarity with production workflows, work orders, and scheduling.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with logistics workflows and shipment coordination.
