Compensation: $120K – $150K

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure for core products.
- Develop and deploy automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization and user experience.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support and resolve complex production incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure new services are designed for reliability and operability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of IaC principles and tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.
