What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical, operational, and managerial oversight of the MSME Finance Project.
• Coordinate technical components related to MSME development and financial sector strengthening.
• Lead programmatic functions, including the development of work plans, budgets, and quarterly/annual reports.
• Maintain communication with the Team Lead, MCC, Project Director, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise a team of 2-4 staff members and serve as Acting Team Lead when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with MCC, MCA-Indonesia II, and hirify.global requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in economics, finance, business, public policy, or international development.
• Progressive experience leading complex MSME or agricultural finance programs in emerging markets.
• Senior leadership experience on large donor-funded programs.
• Technical expertise in market systems development and results-based financing.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian.
• Previous experience working in Indonesia.
